The Experience Driving ProMed Tech Forward
As the CEO and Co-Owner of promedtech.ca, my background is in biomedical engineering, healthcare leadership, and technical service. I hold degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Industrial Engineering focused on management, along with a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
For more than a decade, I held leadership roles within major general hospitals, including Director of Biomedical Engineering Departments and Director of Quality Control and Improvement. I also worked as a Major Project Engineer with Fraser Health, gaining extensive experience managing complex healthcare systems and operations. Working in hospitals taught me that healthcare is never just about clients — behind every system and piece of equipment is patient care, and reliability truly matters.
I worked closely alongside dental equipment technicians to gain firsthand technical and operational experience in the dental industry. I believed that to properly lead a service company, I first needed to understand the work at its core.
Today, at promedtech, our goal is to provide reliable, responsive service that helps dental clinics run smoothly with less stress and fewer technical concerns. We strive to deliver the highest level of support, keep our clients happy, and allow dental professionals to focus confidently on patient care.
